Most of our work is done on an hourly basis. Andrew Croll's rate is $325 per hour, plus HST.

In addition, we charge for out-of-pocket expenses such as medical reports, photocopying etc. HST is charged on taxable disbursements.

For ICBC cases we charge a percentage fee between 25%–30% on any damages recovered plus HST and out-of-pocket expenses. No fees are charged until the end of the case.

For Indian Residental School Claims we charge a percentage fee based on the guidlilnes below on any awards/settlements received plus HST and out-of-pocket expenses. No fees are charged until the end of the case.
